A lot of people don’t know about these programs, but they tend to get very interested when they hear about them. Even users who have been using these remote tools for years still find new ways to leverage them for business and personal use. I can’t say how valuable they are ot me, especially since I have never been able to make the ocnnection work using solely Windows.
