IT Control Centre provides all the tools for problem solving, monitoring all workstations, communicating with users. Check any workstations: event log (and entry details, ideal for problem solving), Services and Devices, with ability to start, stop, pause, resume, and change start up mode. Any user may report a problem direct from their workstation, which will be displayed straight away. Send messages to anyone on the network,or have a chat session with the user. Be alerted straight away if: a hard drive is running low, memory has been modified, certain application has been run, or a Web page has been accessed, (with ability of closing the application, or Web page).
IT Monitor module allows you to monitor, solve problems, send messages, and chat with any user on any network anywhere in the world directly from your own office desk. Information is displayed when an application is run, or a certain internet Web page was accessed. Ideal for help desk or multiple IT offices.
