A comprehensive windows and optional Web based help desk system. Utilizes MS SQL Server on the back end. The Web interface consists of a combination of .asp and .html templates. Both the windows and web applications are included in the site license. Registered users receive additional Web themes. Version 2.59 many changes to the Windows app, and new Web Interface Styles. New staff chat feature and integrated charts. Improved importing feature.
